Who we are
This is the official website of the recording artist Mental Stamina. For anything in this policy, use the contact form or write to [OWNER TO CONFIRM: postal address].
What we collect
When you contact or book us
The contact and booking form collects your name, email address, your organization, the type of enquiry, the dates and budget you give, and your message. We use them to reply to you and for nothing else.
When you join the mailing list
The newsletter sign-up collects your email address so we can send you updates about music, shows and releases. You can ask to be removed at any time.
When you join as a member
Member sign-in is handled by our identity service at hiphop.world, which holds your email address, display name and password. Passwords are stored hashed — nobody at this site can read yours. This site stores your membership and your activity within the member area.
When you buy music
Checkout collects your name and email address and stores them against your order so we can deliver your download. Card and PayPal details are handled by the payment provider and never reach this site's servers.
Automatically
Our host records standard web-server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. The site also runs its own first-party page-view counter (page address, referrer and screen size), served from this domain. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your basket and to protect forms against forgery. It is not used for advertising.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not email you marketing you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the site: our web host, our email provider, the hiphop.world identity service for sign-in, and the payment provider you choose at checkout. Embedded players from services such as Bandcamp and YouTube load on some pages and may set their own cookies under their own policies. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while they are useful to answer. Membership data is kept for as long as your account exists. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your account and we will, except where we are legally required to keep a record of a transaction.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those requests too.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
